**✨Feeling Those Little Flutters – Baby Movements at 28 Weeks✨**

Monitor here

At around 28 weeks, your baby is growing stronger every day — and so are those precious kicks, rolls, and tiny jabs that fill your heart with joy (and sometimes a little worry too). 💖

You might notice your baby moving often, especially when you’re resting or after a meal. Some days, those movements feel like a dance party; on others, they may seem a little quieter. And that’s completely okay. Babies, just like us, have their active and sleepy moments — they don’t move all day long.

At this stage, doctors often suggest keeping track of movements, not to stress you, but to help you connect with your baby’s rhythm. Usually, you should feel about 10 movements within two hours when your baby is awake — but remember, every pregnancy is unique.

So if your baby seems calm for a bit, try lying on your left side, sip some cold water, or have something sweet — most little ones soon respond with a reassuring flutter or stretch. 🌸

If you ever feel something’s truly off, trust your instincts and speak to your doctor. But most often, those “quiet” moments are just your little one taking a cozy nap inside.

Cherish this phase — the gentle reminders from within that life is growing, dreaming, and waiting to meet you. 🍼✨

*Every kick is a whisper saying, “Mom,

I’m here.”* 💕
